For the “Mind Matters” article, I had to illustrate a left and right brain diagram. I originally drew the girl with her brain showing, which might have grossed out the Total Girl staff (I totally understand!) haha. I had to revise it and just drew a normal head (with the top of the head intact). I still love the one with the brain showing, though! I enjoyed doing it and it took me a while to figure out how to draw the brain.
