I haven’t painted for quite a while. I was browsing through art blogs the other day, I got inspired and felt like painting. It was time to finally pick up my paintbrushes and do a quick project.
Whenever I come across an inspiring quote that I really like, I write it down on my tiny sketchbook. I tried painting one of those quotes and here it is!

For this month’s “Totally Embarrassing” story from Total Girl Philippines, I had to illustrate a girl’s face smashed against a glass wall. This was one of the most challenging faces I had to draw and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out!

For this month’s issue of Total Girl Philippines, here’s another illustration for the “Totally Embarrassing” section. I made this months before the new layout came out so it had to be adjusted to fit in the layout. I really like the original color I used for the background, but I think the edited color (they chose) works fine here.
