Summer is here and so are two of my new editorial illustrations for Total Girl Philippines’ March issue!
I illustrated a drought scene for a climate change article. I have to say, this is one of my favorite works I did for Total Girl.
And here’s the “Totally Embarrassing” illustration.
Aside from the dragon I drew for last year’s March issue, this is the only animal illustration I have done for the magazine.
I’ve got two illustrations for this month’s issue of Total Girl Philippines.
Here’s my monthly illustration for the “Totally Embarrassing” section of the magazine.
And here’s the other one I drew for an article.
This illustration was a bit of a challenge, since I had to turn it into a puzzle. I had fun working on it though! I’ll try posting my work-in-progress some other time.
I hope this year has been good to you so far! Here are two editorial illustrations I worked on for Total Girl Philippines.
I just love how the bright colors turned out for the Totally Embarrassing illo.
Braided hair can be quite a challenge to draw!
P.S. I think I’m getting better at taking photos!
For this month’s “Totally Embarrassing” story from Total Girl Philippines, I had to illustrate a girl’s face smashed against a glass wall. This was one of the most challenging faces I had to draw and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out!
Here’s a Christmas-themed illustration I made for the “Turn that Christmas Frown Upside-Down!” article.
